Your username will be your Member ID, unless you are coalition staff or a farm manager.
All Passwords were reset when the old system was migrated to the new one in December of 2016.
All TBWQC and KRWQC with valid email address received a Welcome Email containing all the information you need to get into the system.
Due to unique circumstances Westlands members did not receive Welcome emails.
Every Coalition using our service has some identical email address across multiple member accounts. Normal password reset options won’t function in situations like this (This is not a problem unique to this system, as most services won’t allow duplicate email address, we happen to allow it which interferes with normal password reset functions).
We are exploring options to enable this in the future, but for now you will need to contact your Coalition to have your Password Changed.
We understand your frustration, we will continue to work closely with the Coalition(s) we currently serve to ensure Members receive the best experence possible.
Please realize that Coalition Staff tries their very best to ensure you’re not finding out about things at the last minute.
